This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and NetWise governing your use of the NetWise mobile application.

1. License Grant

NetWise grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of NetWise.

3. Intellectual Property

The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of NetWise.

4. User Data & Privacy

NetWise processes data locally on your device. Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the app.

5. AI Features & Accuracy

NetWise includes AI-powered insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. NetWise does not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You should verify any AI-generated suggestions independently.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

NetWise offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payments are handled by Apple (via App Store) or Google (via Play Store).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, NetWise expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NetWise be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the application.

9. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or NetWise. NetWise may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
